Rebecca Ketchie practices in the litigation section at Wilson Worley. Before coming to Wilson Worley, Rebecca worked as a land use planner for a Tennessee government agency, advising local governments in planning, zoning, and subdivision matters. Rebecca has also worked as a municipal attorney, advising local governments in general matters and defending them in civil rights lawsuits. Now she focuses her practice on land use and development, government law, family law (including divorce and child custody), and general civil litigation (including commercial and personal injury disputes). Rebecca is also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed family law mediator.

Rebecca serves on the board of directors for the Greater Kingsport YMCA and is on the Executive Committee for the local government section of the Tennessee Bar Association.
