Issac Allman is an associate admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Virginia. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business advising, transactional matters, and domestic relations. Issac attended King College where he graduated in 2013 summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Issac served as an editorial staff member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, a student practitioner for the Wake Forest Community Law and Business Clinic, and as one of the law school’s admission ambassadors. Following the first year of law school, Issac worked in the legal division of the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions. Issac was a summer associate for Wilson Worley following the second year of law school.
Issac is a native of Kingsport and has returned here to practice law.
